Refund & Return Policy

At VintCaneCraft, we take pride in delivering premium handcrafted cane furniture and décor. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in original condition and packaging


Unboxing Video – Mandatory

An unboxing video is compulsory for all return or replacement requests.
The video should clearly show:

  • The package before opening

  • The unboxing process

  • The damaged or incorrect product

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Minor color or texture variations (natural handcrafted products may vary)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear & tear

  • Personal preference changes after delivery


Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement.

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return pickup (if approved) will be arranged by our team


Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

  • As most products are handcrafted and made to order, cancellation is not possible after processing begins


Important Notes

  • Handcrafted products may have slight variations in color, weave, or finish, which are not considered defects

  • VintCaneCraft reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request after inspection
