SHIPPING POLICY (Delivery Policy)
Your order is confirmed immediately after the payment is completed. We take 3 to 4 days to dispatch your order. Once dispatched, your parcel will be delivered within 8 to 15 working days. Sometimes, there may be a 3-to-4-day delay from the courier partner’s side due to unavoidable reasons, which may extend the overall delivery time.
Note: VintCaneCraft is not responsible for any transit delays. Factors such as weather conditions, roadblocks, or any unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery timelines.
However, our team is always available to support you and will do everything possible to ensure the fastest and smoothest delivery experience.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
VintCaneCraft does not offer returns.
We provide replacement only if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the description. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
To qualify for replacement:
• Product must be unused
• Product must be in original condition and packaging
If approved, we will send a replacement product.
No returns or refunds are provided for personal preference.
Exchanges (When Are They Possible?)
VintCaneCraft offers exchanges or refunds only in the following two situations:
• You have received an incorrect product
• You have received a damaged product
Important:
Please make sure to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. This helps us verify whether the damage occurred during transit or at the time of opening.

At VintCaneCraft, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
